Position: Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Lead site setup and organization for restoration projects
- Coordinate site preparation and material organization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including working at heights
- Oversee project progress and team performance
- Communicate effectively with project managers, crew members, and clients
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the restoration trade
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Working at Heights ticket/certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
